Our employment services for adults with disabilities can help individuals with resume creation, interview preparation, job skills training and assessment, public transportation training, career coaching, application assistance, and on-site training and coaching, and more.
We perform community-based assessments to see if individuals are ready and able to work competitively in the community. We observe, monitor, and coach as they perform essential work duties and ensure the following of proper policies and procedures in a safe setting.
Our goal is to match an individual’s interests and strengths with an appropriate job placement to ensure the individual is happy and fulfilled in their position and the employer is satisfied. Each person’s needs are different, so we customize our services for each client. We can help individuals find jobs in retail, food service, maintenance/custodial services, customer service, production, clerical settings, and more.
Once we’ve matched you with an employer, you’ll participate in a job as if you were an employee supported by a job coach. This experience gives you the opportunity to see exactly what’s involved in the job. Once the job coach has completed the work assessment, we’ll make recommendations for your next steps in your search for employment.
